If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but you will always be charged the price shown at checkout when your order was placed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via ChitChat by default. If you would prefer a different shipping carrier or method, please reach out before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier. If you have any questions about your shipment or require additional protections (e.g. insurance), please contact me before ordering.
3. Returns & Exchanges
I accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. Any loss in value due to an item not being returned in its original condition may be deducted.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact me with your order details.
Refunds are generally not available, with the following exceptions:
- Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo of the damage as soon as possible. You may choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund.
- Missing items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact me and I will resolve the issue promptly.
